Frequently asked questions
Short answers about how Matrix Coder works, how pricing is structured, and where to go when you need help.
What is Matrix Coder?
Matrix Coder is an AI text-to-app coding generator for generating web applications primiarly in React components and app UI from text prompts. You can then iterating inside a chat-based workflow.
Do I need an account to use it?
You can explore the product but you need an account to start generating. Creating an account is the simplest way to keep access to your chats and generated work over time.
How does pricing work?
Usage is sold in token packs. You can review the currently available bundles on the pricing page and choose the option that fits your workload.
Are my chats and generated files private?
Generated content is intended to stay private to your account unless you explicitly share it. For the full policy, review the privacy page.
Why is the platform not doing what I typed? It says it completed the functionality but it still does not work
AI is not perfect and often times it requires multiple iterations to get it right. AI also hallucinates which makes it think it completed the task when it did not. Just keep prompting it. This is the nature of coding with AI.
Can I use generated code in my own projects?
Yes. You should still review, test, and adapt any generated output before shipping it in production.
Can I get a refund?
Unforunately each generating uses intensive GPU resources that have been spent so there is no refunds. However you keep the tokens forever as they never expire.
How does free tokens via partners work?
We are here to enable you to break out of the matrix. After you develop your app, you will likely need marketing and business software. If you purchase from one of our partners, we get an affiliate commision and that is enough to award free tokens for you to use. We want you to succeed and are not here to squeeze money out of you.
How do I get help?
If you run into account, billing, or product issues, contact support and include enough detail for the team to reproduce the problem.
